Enlarged pores can be unsightly and down right embarrassing…
If that has become you then this post is for you.
In it I will talk about how to minimize pores with 3 different at home treatments.
Treatment 1 (2 Step)
This treatment will take the longest time to prepare but is the most effective.
So for this method you will need 1 tablespoon of pure honey and 1 tbsp of baking soda. Mix them together with a spoon and apply on your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
When you wash your face and look in the mirror you will be extremely surprised with how your face looks. It will be squeaky clean and shiny. If you stay consistent with this treatment your results will keep getting better and better.
The previous step will clean out your pores while this next step will attempt to minimize the size of them. For this part you will need 2 egg whites and 1 tbsp. of oat flour.
The oat flour is what will sooth your skin while the egg whites will work to actually reduce the size of the pores.
Leave it on for about 10 minutes and try not to move your face during this time.
Rinse with cold water this time as cold water closes pores while warm water opens them up, we want to shrink those pores! Not keep them open!
Time Taken: 36 minutes approx
Cost- Under $6
Get a large papayas and scoop out all of the contents. Papaya has lots of anti-oxidants that will naturally clean your pores out.
What you want to do is mash the papaya with a fork or spoon until it becomes a paste.
Put this paste on your face for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Your skin should feel extremely smooth and your pores will appear smaller.
Time Taken- 25-30 Mins Approx
Cost- Under $4
For this final treatment you will need 1 lemon, 1 cucumber and rose water.
Put the cucumber in the blender with about 3 tbs spoons of water. What you want to do after you have blended the cucumber is to sieve out all the juice from from it into a bowl. Squeeze some lemon in there and add a 1tbsp of rose water.
Leave on your face for roughly 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Your pores will look small and your face will have an added shine (not an oily type shine- don’t worry!)
Time Taken- 25 mins Approx
Cost- Under $5
Don’t Want to Spend So Long Preparing These Treatments?
However if you have a busy schedule or are just plain lazy, then you may be looking for something you can just dab on to your skin and go!
If that’s you…
It will help remove excess dirt and oil and will most importantly dramatically reduce the size of your pores. Revitol Pore Minimizer will also reduce the appearance of fine lines which is a great added benefit.
